Key skills for the job
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Conduct detailed business requirements analysis by engaging with key stakeholders at the client location. Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather, document, and validate business requirements and processes. 2. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that the documented requirements are clear, complete, and align with the ERP system's capabilities and the clients business goals. 3. Requirement Documentation: Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Use Cases, and other necessary documentation. Ensure that requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and understandable by both business and technical teams. Review and validate requirements with the client and stakeholders to ensure alignment and completeness. 4. Coordination with Technical Teams: Serve as a liaison between the business stakeholders (client side) and the technical team (development centre). Work closely with developers and system architects to ensure that business requirements are correctly translated into technical specifications and implemented accordingly. 5. Ensure that any technical constraints or dependencies are clearly communicated to the business team. Review and approve technical solutions to ensure they meet business needs. 6. Support During Implementation & Testing: Oversee the implementation phase, ensuring that business requirements are met in the final solution. Assist in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, scenarios, and scripts aligned with business requirements. 7. Help identify issues during testing, ensuring timely resolution and ensuring that the system is functioning according to client needs. 8. Organize and coordinate the team's activities, ensuring that all phases of the project (requirement study, development, customization, implementation). 9. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support during the post-implementation phase, ensuring that any issues related to business requirements or system functionality are addressed. Support change management and continuous improvements by gathering feedback from business users. 10. Willingness to travel to Head Office in Rajasthan as required. 11. Basic understanding of prototype design based on the customer requirements using tools like Figma or Pencil 12. Team Management & Leadership: Lead and manage a team of business analysts at the client location, ensuring the team effectively gathers, analyses, and documents business requirements. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior business analysts to ensure the high quality and consistency of deliverables. 13. Strong client-facing skills with an ability to manage expectations and foster positive relationships. 14. Strong understanding of ERP system including domains like HR, Finance, Project Management, Legal, RTI, Land and Property, Inventory, etc.
