Sr. E-commerce Executive

Position Overview: The success of this role depends on the accuracy and timely processing within the TAT (Turnaround Time). The Operations Support Executive will ensure demands are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded while maintaining vendor and client relationships by improving operational processes and transactions. This role involves coordination with various branches to streamline processes and implement new SOPs, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain healthy inventory rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Ensure demands are fulfilled accurately and recorded properly within the TAT.
● Maintain and improve relationships with vendors and clients by enhancing operational processes and transactions.
● Coordinate with branches to streamline processes and implement new SOPs.
● Troubleshoot operational issues to ensure healthy inventory rotation.
Coordinate with the FC (Fulfillment Center) and Vendor teams for issues related to outbound/inbound such as PO expired/closed, appointments, technical issues, or cancellations.
● Generate MIS reports for inbound/outbound, reconciliation, etc.
● Contribute to the implementation of systems aimed at increasing eCommerce customer retention.
● Assist the Sales, Finance, and FC teams with special requests such as expedited orders, inbound/outbound processes, proof of delivery, etc.

Ideal Candidate:

● 1-2 years of experience in office support, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory management. Experience as a portal operation executive is a plus.
● Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Skilled in using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
● A graduate from a reputable institute.
● Eager to work in the online spectrum.
● Prior experience with inventory management software such as SAP and Uniware is preferred.
