Job Description

SEO is the practice of optimizing a website to improve its visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs). The goal is to attract more organic (non-paid) traffic to the site.

Job Responsibilities-

• Keyword Research: Conducting thorough keyword research to identify the most relevant and high-traffic keywords for the website
• On-Page Optimization: Optimizing website content, including meta tags, headers, and images, to ensure it is search engine friendly
• Content Strategy: Developing and implementing a content strategy that includes creating high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content
• Technical SEO: Ensuring the website's technical aspects, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and proper indexing, are optimized
• Link Building: Building a strong backlink profile by acquiring high-quality links from reputable websites
• Analytics and Reporting: Using tools like Google Analytics to track and report on website performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversions
• Competitor Analysis: Analyzing competitors' SEO strategies to identify opportunities and areas for improvement

Required skills, education & experience-

• Must have understanding of SEO concepts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and stay updated with SEO trends.
• Familiarity with SEO essential tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and keyword research, Ahrefs & SEMrush etc.
• Support in building quality backlinks through off-page SEO techniques & competitors backlink analysis.
• Assist in performing keyword research and analysis to identify content opportunities.
• Support the team in on-page SEO tasks such as optimizing titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, image alt tags, and website content structure.
• Technical SEO is a plus point
• Learn to conduct website audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Help research competitors and monitor industry trends.
• Prepare SEO reports to track progress and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Graduate/post Graduate with good communication skills with a minimum of 1- 2 years experience will be preferred
• Candidate staying close by will be given first preference
