Job Description
- Identifying solutions to align to the security directives set by the MS 2nd line security organization
- Implementing security best practices, including the follow-up on patch and obsolescence processes
- Support Devops team, providing input with security best practices.
- Providing input to build secure products (software) - secure by design.
- Manage, steer and control our 3rd party security providers.
- Innovate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency, introducing new methodologies while refining existing ones for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across departments for efficient security measures.
- Ensuring these security best practices are embedded in the business projects and operations
- Participating to operational committees to ensure security requirements are met
- Ensuring implementation of identified mitigation actions a defines in the Risk Treatment Plan
- Handle security incident response activities
- Monitoring firewall, hardening and baseline reviews
- Assisting to security certification audits and security assessments triggered by customers Reporting to MS Head of 1st Line of Defense - Benelux
Who Are We Looking For

- Knowledge and passion for user experience, technology and design
- Bachelor in IT, IT Security, Engineering or equivalent
Certificate in security (e.g. CISSP, CEH, ) is a strong plus Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security or other relevant field - Proven experience in navigating complex environments
- Google cloud security and DevOps knowledge is a strong plus
- Knowledge of PCI DSS security frameworks is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both verbally and written
- Beneficial to be able to speak and write in France, not mandatory
- Results driven and persistent
- Multicultural mindset and flexibility, able to work in an international environmentEngagement with the latest design research and innovation
