🚨 We Are Hiring: Project Sales (Institutional & B2B) - Guwahati 🚨

Location: Guwahati

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to engage architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to drive institutional sales for multiple products, including Solar solutions.
• Leverage experience in government and commercial projects to identify and tap into new opportunities for successful project acquisition and execution across various sectors.
• Lead the preparation and submission of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and deadlines.

Desirable Network:

• Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Public Works Department (PWD), Military Engineer Services (MES), Indian Railways, Various Universities, NHAI, DRDO, Ministry of Urban Development, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, and more!

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and project management within government and institutional sectors, particularly with solar and other sustainable energy solutions.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and institutional needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field. Advanced certifications in project management or government procurement are a plus.
