DXFactor - React Native Lead/Technical Lead - iOS/Android Platform (5-8 yrs)

Designation : React Native Lead / Tech Lead.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Lead the mobile app development team, providing guidance on architecture, best practices, and performance optimization.

- End-to-End Development : Own the entire app lifecycle-conceptualization, design, development, deployment, testing, and release to app stores.

- Code & Architecture Ownership : Define and maintain scalable, maintainable, and high-performance code architecture for mobile applications.

- Cross-Platform Development : Design and develop robust React Native applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

- Security & Compliance : Implement best practices for secure coding, data protection, and payments integration.

- API Integration : Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between mobile apps and back-end services.

- Scalability & Optimization : Lead performance testing, optimization, and scaling of high-load applications.

- Deployment & Release Management : Ensure smooth, bug-free deployments on the App Store and Google Play Store, following best practices and compliance guidelines.

- Innovation & R&D : Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development, introducing innovations and improvements to the tech stack.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of experience in Mobile/Web App Development, with at least 3+ years in React Native (Highly Preferred) or ReactJS.

- Proven experience in leading mobile development teams or projects.

- Strong expertise in mobile UI/UX design, ensuring compatibility across multiple screen resolutions.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and experience with third-party API integrations (Facebook, Google, etc.

- Hands-on experience with third-party SDKs such as Facebook SDK, Firebase, and analytics tools.

- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android app development, deployment, and debugging.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps for mobile apps, and version control (Git, Bitbucket, etc.

- Experience in handling team coordination, task delegation, and Agile methodologies.
