Graviti Pharmaceuticals - Head - Operations - IIT/NIT (10-15 yrs)

Roles and responsibilities

- Creating and implementing the company or organization's vision and mission

- Oversee all aspects of production operations, including manufacturing processes, capacity planning, scheduling, and inventory management, to ensure timely and cost-effective production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

- Establish and maintain robust quality management systems, procedures, and protocols to ensure adherence to cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to finished product release

- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, preventive maintenance schedules, and reliability-centred maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and ensure the reliability and availability of manufacturing assets

- Lead and monitor senior Management team and cross functioning.

Qualification:

- Mechanical engineer form any tier 2 colleges (IIT's, NIT's)

- Having MBA is considered as beneficial qualification but not mandate

- 12+ years of experience

- Core production experience is needed not necessarily from Pharma but can be from any FMCG industry
