Sr Analyst II Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
Analyze financial data and support the preparation of financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with team members to gather and validate financial information.
Contribute to the development of financial forecasts and budget models.
Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances.
Participate in the identification of financial trends and their implications.
Prepare and present financial information to team members and department heads.
Assist in maintaining financial models.
Support process improvements in financial planning and analysis.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, in a similar role in financial planning and analysis
Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field a plus
Relevant certifications, such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) a plus
