Techno functional Lead (AIOPs Project)

Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

• Data governance/ Compliance expertise- GRC Platforms any
• Infra and business process automation- Implementing predictive analytics to automate complex processes and workflows.
• Experience in project management tools- Jira/ ADO etc
• Deep understanding in developing Monitoring KPI frameworks- AIOps and IT Ops- value realization projects.
• Strong communication skills, customer engagement
• Knowledge management
• Understanding on python coding
• Hands on Dashboard designing knowledge- deployments via any visualization tool-power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Splunk ITSI
