The Employee Compliance Technology Programme is responsible for re-platforming legacy Compliance applications onto modern, scalable, cloud-ready technology. The new GECCo platform (Global Employee Compliance Collective) will centralise all employee compliance tasks in Deutsche Bank, moving employees and Compliance to a self-service model, eliminating manual intervention, and improving data quality by ensuring it is consumed strategically from authoritative sources.
The Agile Product Owner is accountable for maximising the value of products delivered with their multidisciplinary agile team, the products may be purely IT-technical, non-technical or a combination.
They are the primary interface to internal and external customers, users and stakeholders, being accountable for the product vision, delivery roadmap, product backlog and the realisation of the agreed product outcomes, meeting relevant quality parameters.
The Product Owner aligns scope and priorities to relevant strategic goals and requirements of customers, users, stakeholders and their team. In defining priorities, they use a combination of value, delivery effort and dependency information, ensuring value is delivered as early as possible and maximised overall.

Your key responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
Face of between the development team and product owner group.
Keep the status and progress of stories up to date in JIRA.
Should be able to challenge/convince/adaptive in approach, if required
Good team player over different geographies.
Promote and coach healthy communication in and around the team.
Foster cross team communication and guide continuous backlog refinement with the team.
Your skills and experience
Excellent verbal and written communications
We are looking for great Technologists first.
Experience of working in an agile environment, practicing Scrum. SAFe would be desirable.
