We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and rollout of our new best-in-class Know Your Customer (KYC) portal called dbWelcome globally.
This strategic multi-year initiative aims to revolutionize the way our corporate and investment banking clients interact with the Bank for KYC-related activities, including new client adoption, new product extension, periodic reviews, and other critical KYC requirements.
As a product lead, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a seamless, intuitive, and client-centric experience that exceeds our clients expectations, positions customer onboarding as clear differentiator in winning clients and sets a new standard in the industry.

Your key responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy for KYC portal (dbWelcome), aligned with the Banks overall digital transformation goals and client experience vision
Lead cross-functional teams, to design and implement comprehensive end-to-end KYC processes that meet regulatory requirements, achieve process efficiency targets, and prioritize customer experience
Conduct extensive client research, interviews, and feedback sessions to inform product requirements and ensure that the portal meets the needs and expectations of our clients
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders from various functions, including ACO/ACO Support, KYC Ops, Legal, Marketing, Compliance and IT, to ensure alignment and successful project execution
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features, create business cases, and develop product roadmaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out and optimize the KYC journey, ensuring the voice of the client is represented in all developments and discussions.
Work closely with the Technology team to ensure that the portal is built with the latest technologies and is scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions where the Bank operates
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client adoption, satisfaction, and portal effectiveness
Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure timely delivery and successful rollout of the portal globally
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation, learning, and iteration to enhance the client experience and portal functionality
Communicate product plans, progress, and results to senior stakeholders across CB & IB
Develop and coordinate marketing materials to promote dbWelcome and its features, collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content that highlights its benefits.
Take a proactive approach & hands-on approach, including conducting user testing, gathering client feedback, and implementing quick fixes to ensure the client portal remains user-friendly and meets the needs of our clients.
Your skills and experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products and client experience
Expertise in user-centered design, human-centered design, or design thinking methodologies
Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale digital products that drive business growth and client satisfaction
Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in corporate banking or a related field
Strong understanding of KYC regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management principles
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform product decisions
