Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled UI Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in JavaScript, Playwright, Selenium, Azure Pipelines, Agile Methodologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test cases to ensure the quality of our web applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop automated test cases using Playwright and JavaScript. Implement and maintain component-based automation frameworks. Debug and fix issues in automated test scripts. Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects. Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure high quality software delivery. Participate in peer code reviews to improve test scripts and frameworks. Continuously improve testing processes based on feedback. Use Azure Repos and Pipelines for version control and CI/CD What will help you succeed in this roleMust-Have Skills: Playwright Test Automation Tool: Expertise in creating and executing automated tests. JavaScript: Proficiency in designing robust, automated test cases using JavaScript. Debugging and Code Fixing: Ability to debug and resolve issues effectively. Component-Based Automation Framework: Experience implementing component-based frameworks for new applications. Git Proficiency: Skilled in commands such as pull, push, merge, and resolving conflicts. Automated Test Execution: Capability to execute tests, analyze results, and report bugs effectively. Azure Repos: Understanding code branches, creating pull requests, and related concepts. Azure Pipelines: Familiarity with setting up and amending pipelines created using YAML. Code Editor Familiarity: Experience with VS Code Editor or similar tools. End-User Perspective: Design and test with usability and functionality in mind Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project team members, including developers, functional testers, and project managers.
