Dispatch Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  
• Plan and schedule dispatches based on customer orders, inventory levels, and logistics constraints.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to receive, store, and load goods onto vehicles for transportation.
  
• Monitor vehicle movements during transit using GPS tracking systems.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of all shipments, including manifests and waybills.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in dispatch management or related field (logistics/warehousing).
  
• Strong understanding of dispatch planning, scheduling, freight management, material management, and transport management principles.
  
• Proficiency in using software applications such as TMS (Transportation Management System) or similar tools.
