Personal Executive Assistant - Pro Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

1. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts.
• Provide financial insights and recommend strategies for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

1. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare detailed financial reports, including investment analyses tailored for startups and investors.
• Monitor financial performance metrics, highlighting trends and advising corrective actions when necessary.

1. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with auditors and ensure timely submission of financial documents.

Investor Relations and Strategic Support:

1. Investor Liaison:

• Act as the first point of contact for investors, addressing queries and providing relevant financial updates.
• Support the MD in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and other fundraising materials.

1. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth research on financial trends and investment opportunities within the startup and venture capital sectors.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities that align with the companys financial goals.

1. Strategic Financial Support:

• Support the MD in evaluating investment opportunities and startup partnerships.
• Assist in due diligence processes and prepare case studies for strategic decision-making.

Executive Assistance:

1. Schedule Management:

• Manage the MDs calendar, prioritizing finance-related meetings, conferences, and investor engagements.
• Ensure effective time management by organizing agendas and preparing necessary materials for each meeting.

1. Representation and Advocacy:

• Represent the MD during finance-related discussions, presentations, and networking events when required.
• Act as a bridge between the MD and internal teams or external stakeholders on financial matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in CFA (Level 1 or 2 cleared) is an advantage.

1. Professional Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or investment analysis.
• Familiarity with startup financing and investment ecosystems is preferred.

1. Technical Proficiency:

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for financial modeling.
• Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
