Job Description
- Provides pre-sales technical support for the development and maintenance of complex configuration in Duck Creek Claims.
- Works with solution partners to develop integrations with the Duck Creek platform. More specifically, leveraging Azure tools to build out integrations within Claims.
- Write detailed documentation to support the implementation of custom config for customers and/or system integrators.
- Provides/oversees pre-sale technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Works with marketing and product managers to define new products.
- Serves as company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.
- May provide product feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts with sales representatives.
WHAT YOU VE DONE:
- Qualifications/Experience: 3+ Years
- Moderate degree of expertise in a few technical domains or basic degree of expertise across many domains.
- Must have experience in Duck Creek Claims
- Should have moderate experience in .NET, C#, SQL
