Maintenance Executive & Material handling Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Overall Plant Maintenance & Including Infrastructure related
• All Equipment Maintenance Record follow up, Minimize the Break down & maintain the machine spares sufficiently.
• Plant TBM (time-based management) Follow up, Complete & Updating as per company requirements
• Reduce the Equipment Repair Time by implementing kaizen, training & Pre-Planning
• Production Spares / Material Follow up and co-ordinate with Record & Report making
• Parts Failure / IRU issue analysis and Making report and follow up with BAL officer
• Pre-Planning of Procurements / Space / Other related Requirements Cost and Budget report preparing
• Involve & Supervision of manufacturing process to achieve production target
• Pillar head TPM Plant and JH
• Overall Plant Maintenance & Equipment maintenance
• Handling the CKD Materials & Impress stock as per Company Standard

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-12 years of which at least 8 in automobile/Production industry
• Maintenance of Plant equipment such as forklift/Generator.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure maintenance desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in MS office and ERP. Experience in dealing with IT related function desirable.
