DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

The impact you will have in this role:

The main purpose of this role is to collaborate with other functional representatives on an Agile delivery team to build products that end-users highly value, are consistent with the architecture design, and satisfy strategic and business objectives. The Business Analyst will lead product design discovery on projects, engage with the Product Owner and user/user proxies to slice and translate requirements into valuable offerings and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions.

What You ll Do

• Produce functional specifications and supporting documentation by analyzing business requirements.
• Write and implement test cases for assigned work products.
• Lead workflow design and chip into user experience design.
• Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on assigned aspects of the project.
• Review target delivery schedules with related collaborators.
• Contribute to system documentation under company-specific best practices and standards.
• Recommend controls by identifying gaps and crafting solutions to automate manual processes.
• Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; brings up appropriately

Qualification:

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience with commercial software development and/or service/infrastructure teams
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• Relevant experience includes Jira, Project Management (Scrum, Kanban, and Phased/Waterfall), Requirements Definition, Test Case Development/Execution
• Experience working on large scale improvement projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from a user community.
• Experience working with a defined System Delivery Process
• Ability to adopt a collaborative approach to requirements development and refinement.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• CSM, PMP or other relevant industry certification (preferred)
