Being a member of the Enterprise Product and Platform Engineering domain means you will be part of a diverse and collaborative team with critical responsibilities to protect the financial services industry and serve our clients, both internally and externally. As an IT Asset Management Associate, you will be playing a critical role part of Hardware Asset Management, how we manage our asset inventory in the CMBD from Procurement till Disposal, implementing and managing the data model to support it, and the relationships between them. This role provides a unique growth opportunity to use your experience, communication, and problem-solving skills to transform and advance some of our most critical support functions. You will contribute to drive the governance of ITAM processes to ensure the most accurate controls are in place.

• Implements daily activities for Hardware Asset Management Process.
• Handling all incoming Service Request.
• Governing the Inventory accuracy of all IT Assets in AMDB & CMDB database.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure effective maintaining of all Hardware Assets.
• Audit & Compliance experience to perform regular audits to ensure compliance with IT Asset Management policies, regulatory requirement, and industry standards.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to Inventory levels and other asset management metrics.
• Governing ITAM process starting from Procurement till disposal.
• Maintaining the End-of-Life information for all the Hardware Assets.
• Working closely with Vendors on the Asset Disposal.

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology.

• 3+ years of working experience in Hardware Asset Management and Lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in managing the entire lifecycle of IT Assets from Procurement to disposal.
• Clear understanding of AMDB & CMDB.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Asset Lifecycle Management process.
• Working experience in ServiceNow, Flexera tool and Model Management.
• Good Knowledge in Software Asset Management.
• Good Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
• Should be proficient in Excel & Analytics.
• Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional a plus.
• ITIL V3 or V4 foundation a plus.
