Manager - Transition - Pharmaceutical (10-13 yrs)

Transition Manager - Manufacturing and Supply.

Client: Sanofi, Leader in Pharmaceutical industry.

Location: Hyderabad.

Start: As soon as possible.

Mode: Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans for new projects, initiatives, and organizational changes.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the transition process.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the transition.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, project teams,

and end-users.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure a smooth transition.

- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users throughout the transition process.

- Document all transition activities and maintain detailed records.

- Continuously improve transition processes and methodologies.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in transition management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
