Technical Lead

Required Skills & Experience:

• MongoDB: Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Python: Strong experience in Python, preferably with frameworks like Django or Flask for building APIs and services.
• API Development: Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs, integrating with third-party services, and working with JSON.
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git and Git workflows for code versioning, branching, and collaboration.
• Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying applications to the cloud.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams, driving projects, and mentoring junior developers.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
