Job Description

Core Responsibilities


  • Technology Strategy & Vision
    • Define and lead the technical vision and strategy in alignment with the companys mission, vision, and growth objectives​​ as defined by the CEO and C-team.
    • Stay ahead of emerging trends and innovations in AI, healthcare software, and automation to ensure technology remains industry-leading​​.
  • Team Leadership
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing front-end and back-end development team along with the support team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation​​.
    • Establish best practices for software development, QA, and product delivery across all projects​.
  • Product Development
    • Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and user-friendly software solutions.
    • Ensure seamless integration of AI and automation features, as well as interoperability with EMR systems​​.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Oversee the technology infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
    • Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement technology solutions to optimize operations​​.
  • Innovation & Intellectual Property
    • Develop proprietary technology solutions that differentiate us from competitors.
    • Protect intellectual property and maintain strict security protocols​​.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and client success, to ensure technology supports broader business objectives​.
    • Act as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership​.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


  1. Technology Roadmap Delivery: Complete 95% of planned projects on time and within scope.
  2. System Uptime: Maintain 99.9% uptime across all products and services.
  3. Innovation Impact: Roll out at least two significant AI-driven features per quarter.
  4. Team Development: Achieve a 90% team satisfaction score in performance reviews for the full team (front-end, back-end, and support).
  5. Cost Optimization: Reduce tech infrastructure costs by at least 15% annually through innovative solutions.
  6. User Satisfaction: Maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 85 or higher for software solutions.
  7. Onboarding: clients within the first 30 days of completing onboarding.
  8. NPS: Achieve and maintain a positive NPS from 50% of accounts
  9. Churn Rate: Maintain monthly churn rate below 4% (currently 6%)
  10. Renewal Rate: Achieve a client renewal rate of 85% or higher annually.
  11. Upsell Conversion Rate: Drive an upsell conversion rate of 20% or higher among existing clients.
  12. Response Time: Manage an average response time to support requests of under 24 hours.


Required Hard Skills


  • Experience & Track Record:
    • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a full-time CTO or in equivalent technology leadership roles with a proven track record of successful technology strategy execution and team leadership.
    • Demonstrable experience in scaling technology for fast-growing companies and delivering transformative solutions​​.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Advanced proficiency in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (specifically Big Query, Firebase, and Google Cloud) and SaaS architectures.
    • Proficiency in programming languages specifically Javascript and Node.JS along with frameworks like React and Angular.
    • Proven experience building a niche-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
    • Strong understanding of healthcare software, including EMR (Electronic Medical Records) integrations and patient management systems​​.
    • Experience developing front-end and back-end onto white-labeled Go High Level would be favored
  • System Design & Security:
    • Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and user-friendly software solutions.
    • Expertise in cybersecurity best practices to protect sensitive data, especially HIPAA-compliant and PHI (Personal Health information)​.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Demonstrated ability to create and execute technology roadmaps in alignment with business objectives​​.
