We are looking for a dynamic and stylish female Sales Representative to join our team and provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Sales:
• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry that suits their style and needs.
• Build a rapport with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Understand customer preferences and provide styling suggestions based on trends and occasions.
• Proactively achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Store Operations & Management:
• Handle billing and invoicing efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer details.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist in stock management, including inventory updates and coordination with the warehouse.
• Product & Styling Knowledge:
• Stay updated with the latest fashion and jewelry trends to provide expert styling advice.
• Develop a deep understanding of Ministry of Good Souls jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and design elements.
• Customer Service & Brand Representation:
• Address customer queries and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Represent the brand in a polished and elegant manner, ensuring a luxury retail experience.
• Assist in organizing in-store events, promotions, and marketing activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate with a presentable and stylish personality.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a premium retail store, preferably in a mall.
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and luxury retail.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and capable of managing store operations independently.
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak shopping seasons.
• Proficiency in using billing software, POS systems, and basic MS Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
