Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate Sales (B2B Sales)

Job Summary:
- Droom is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate Sales to drive B2B sales and strategic partnerships.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify and connect with potential corporate clients through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold calling, emails, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow and revenue generation.
Sales Pitch & Client Engagement:
- Deliver high-impact sales presentations to CXOs, decision-makers, and procurement heads.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, positioning Droom's offerings as solutions that drive ROI and efficiency.
Deal Closure & Revenue Growth:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring business targets are achieved.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Sales Intelligence & Market Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to enhance customer engagement and drive tailored solutions.
CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain and update sales data in CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on lead conversion, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting.
Key Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate sales / B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, tech, or e-commerce domain.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management and sales reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
