Job Description

  • Manage Accounts Receivables processes including adherence to SOPs, DOA, invoicing, and timely collections.
  • Ensure compliance with GST laws , including in-depth knowledge of Rule 32(5) and other applicable tax regulations.
  • Maintain accurate data and records to support audit readiness and financial reporting.
  • Prepare Receivables Aging Reports and execute prompt collection follow-ups .
  • Foster effective communication to gather necessary information within deadlines.
  • Ensure time-bound completion of tasks, including invoicing, pricing, and approval checks.
  • Deliver timely reports to managers, incorporate feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform bank reconciliations , ledger reconciliations, and inter company/inter-branch reconciliations.
  • Utilize Tally, ERP systems, advanced Excel , and Google tools (Sheets, Forms) for efficient workflow management.


    Requirements
    Key Skills Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
    • Advanced proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
    • Education: M. Com/MBA
    • Year ofexperience: 5 to 7 years
    • Experience:In retail, wholesale, manufacturing etc.,
