Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer with a strong command of the Django framework and architecture design to help shape our cutting-edge technology. In this role, you'll develop and optimize high-performance web applications, contributing to key projects and influencing our tech architecture.

What You'll Do :

- Build and maintain robust web applications with Python and Django.

- Design scalable and secure application architectures that drive performance.

- Collaborate across teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

- Write efficient, clean code following best practices to ensure quality and maintainability.

- Optimize our applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems, ensuring reliability.

- Design and implement database schemas, manage migrations, and maintain data integrity.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering growth within the team.

What We're Looking For :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development focused on web applications.

- Expertise in Django for building full-stack applications, with a solid understanding of its features and best practices.

- Architecture experience, including designing microservices and complex application structures.

- Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and proficiency in ORM.

- Skilled in API development using Django REST Framework or similar tools.

- Familiar with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes for streamlined deployment.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (React, Vue.js).

- A sharp problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.

- Experience working in Agile environments and a strong grasp of software principles (SOLID, DRY).
