Asst . Claim ( warranty ) Incharge

This role involves handling warranty claims, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, and implementing strategies to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Claim Processing:

Receive and review warranty claims submitted by customers or authorized dealers.
Verify the validity of claims based on warranty policies and product/service specifications.
Claims Resolution:

Collaborate with technical support, quality control, and product development teams to assess and resolve warranty claims.
Determine appropriate actions, including repairs, replacements, or refunds.
Policy Enforcement:

Ensure adherence to warranty policies and guidelines.
Educate customers and internal teams on warranty terms, conditions, and coverage.
Data Analysis:

Analyze warranty claim data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports on warranty claim statistics and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:

Develop and implement strategies to reduce warranty claims through product/service quality improvement initiatives.
Work with product development teams to address design or manufacturing issues contributing to warranty claims.
Vendor Coordination:

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to address warranty claims related to outsourced components or services.
Negotiate terms and conditions for warranty support from external partners.
Customer Communication:

Communicate with customers regarding the status of their warranty claims.
Provide clear and concise information on the resolution process and timelines.
Training and Education:
