Warranty in Charge/ Executive

Job Description

• Responsible for warranty decisions for the product defects reported to the workshop
• Detail reporting of complaints, investigation and rectification for vehicles under warranty
• Coordinate with DICV AO for required approvals for warranty claims
• Warranty failed parts tagging and storage in the workshop
• Dispatch of all the failed parts to DICV on request
• Failed parts scrapping in the presence of a DICV representative
• Ensure disposal of failed parts scrap
• Follow up with DICV for warranty claim settlement reimbursement
• Upkeep of warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits
• Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centres for their respective parts warranty claim
• Update workshop personnel on the latest warranty policy changes
