A thorough understanding of React JS & React-Native and Redux
Firm grasp of modern JavaScript(ES6, ES7) with ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
Understands the React life cycle well
Experienced with Git

Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
