Job Description: Maan Vidushi Fellowship Program
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join our Maan Vidushi Fellowship Program, a leadership initiative aimed at implementing social impact tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid professional background in project/program management, innovative business ideas, and experience in the social enterprise sector or related fields. The role offers the opportunity to design sustainable, scalable solutions, and develop new ideas as an 'intrapreneur' within a dynamic and purpose-driven organization.
- The fellow will pilot these ideas as startups, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to life while contributing to the operational structure. The role requires managing all aspects of task delivery, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual committed to creating a positive change in society.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define assignment objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed task plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure clear and efficient execution.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to ensure smooth delivery.
Execution:
- Act as an individual contributor or part of a Self-Managed Team (SMT).
- Coordinate activities and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of assignments.
- Monitor task progress, address issues promptly, and maintain a high standard of work.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring that team members are supported and motivated.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, SMT members, and community stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on task progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Ensure effective communication channels for all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Develop and implement systems to track task performance against key indicators.
- Conduct evaluations to assess task impact, effectiveness, and outcomes.
- Utilize findings to inform future task planning and decision-making processes.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders, summarizing task progress, results, and recommendations.
- Ensure all task-related documentation is accurate, organized, and easily accessible for future reference.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Masters/ PG degree in a relevant professional service field & Master's degree is preferred.
Experienced in sectors like - Banking/ Financial Inclusion, Skilling and education/Training, Supply chain and logistics, Production and Marketing, Social Sector/Branding etc.).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years plus experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
Travel: Inter-state travel may be required for task-related activities.
Relocation: Flexibility to relocate based on project requirements.
