Your Role :

As a Backend Developer at Drip Capital, you will be responsible for :

- Designing, building, deploying, and maintaining microservices that provide time-sensitive capital to customers worldwide.

- Collaborating closely with product managers to understand customer requirements and define technical solutions.

- Developing and risk modules to adapt to individual and market variations.

- Creating and enhancing workflow automation, Debugging issues across services and multiple levels of the technology stack.

Our Checklist :

- 3+ years of relevant experience in building low-latency, distributed systems that are scalable and reliable.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Ruby, Golang, Java, C/C++, or Python.

- Experience with at least one MVC framework used for backend development, such as Ruby on Rails, Spring, CodeIgniter, etc.

- Solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals, including object-oriented design, abstractions, and system design.

- Passion for building well-engineered, reusable backend components with high-quality code.

- Basic knowledge of test-driven software development.

- Also prior experience with ruby on rails

- Understanding of low-level and high-level design principles.
