Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. As part of Dresma's tech team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining cutting-edge, high-performance web applications that power our innovative DoMyShoot platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to a fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS product that is revolutionizing the eCommerce space.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop & Maintain MERN Stack Applications :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams :

- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to build user-centric features that align with Dresmas vision and product roadmap.

Implement AI & ML Integration :

- Collaborate with the AI/ML team to seamlessly integrate machine learning models and algorithms into the web application.

Cloud Infrastructure & AWS Management :

- Utilize your experience with AWS to manage cloud resources, deployments, and optimize the platform for performance, security, and scalability.

Continuous Improvement & Code Quality :

- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and documentation. Implement best practices in terms of testing, version control, and deployment.

Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues :

- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing web applications using the MERN stack.

- Frontend Development : Strong proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end technologies.

- Backend Development : Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs.

- Database Knowledge : Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database concepts.

- AWS Experience : Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.), including deploying and scaling applications in the cloud.

- Version Control : Proficient with Git for version control and collaborative development.

- Problem-Solving : Ability to tackle complex problems and deliver effective solutions.

- Communication : Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team

environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with integrating AI/ML models into web applications.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization tools.

- Experience with other cloud platforms like Google Cloud or Azure is a plus.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
