Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Sports Experiences business.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our experience packages.
Your Responsibilities:.
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth and meet revenue targets for the Experiences segment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partners and clients, to expand DreamSetGos customer base and market presence.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to maximize market share and profitability in the sports experiences sector.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market shifts, and new product opportunities.
Oversee financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning related to the Experiences business.
Manage Client Relationships:.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Develop and implement sales strategies for various sports experiences, ensuring alignment with company sales goals.
Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, and Marketing, to meet client needs and effectively manage inventory.
Collaborate Across Teams:.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams to promote experiences and tailor offerings to market demands.
Database and Lead Management:.
Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, sports fan groups, and other key contacts.
Qualifiers:.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales to HNIs, UHNIs, corporates preferably in a related industry or wealth management companies.
Proven track record of success in developing sales strategies, achieving targets, and managing client relationships.
Strong network of serviced HNI, UHNI & corporate clients and a deep understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion tools.
Experience in creating sales forecasts, identifying growth opportunities, and analyzing sales performance data.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Passion for sports and a strong understanding of the sports and experiences market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
