Implementing and guiding the team in solving business problems through structured analytical solutions through various techniques (modelling, heuristic, business rules, GenAI. etc.)
Defining and improving business health metrics through influencing product roadmaps and collaboration
Demonstrating high degree of bias to action by converting preliminary analysis into impactful updates with structured collaboration
Harnessing user feedback from various channels to drive meaningful product enhancements
Ensuring transparent communication by openly sharing impediments, issues, project plans, status, and delays with all stakeholders
Assisting in internal and external branding/growth by participating in hiring, writing blogs, etc. driving knowledge dissemination across teams
Qualifiers:
6+ years of relevant professional experience in the analytics domain
High proficiency in statistical and analytical programming (R / Python / PySpark) and other tools (Looker / Tableau / Power BI / Omniture/ Amplitude etc.)
Proficiency in product experimentation (A/B, A/A, DOE, Multivariate)
