Job Description

Product Strategy @Dream11

The Product Strategy team is responsible for creating a powerful and focused strategy to drive user engagement and growth. The team works closely with the product data science teams to solve problems around pricing, profitability user experience.

We tackle these issues by building economic/econometric models, machine learning systems, and high-impact experiments which we integrate into business and system-level decision-making.

Your Role:

Develop pricing strategies that integrate price elasticity and long-term user retention
Design and conduct causal studies using observational and experimental data to drive key business decisions
Own and manage the in-game economy to effectively balance liquidity
Inform key decisions for fantasy sports experiences to drive retention

Qualifiers:

PhD in economics, statistics, finance, quantitative marketing, or related fields
4+ years of post-PhD experience in applied economics with exposure to applied microeconometrics, empirical IO, and labor economics, along with experience of applying them to real-world problems
Experience in programming languages, such as Python, R Julia
