Designation: Acquisition ( Sales)

Location: Mumbai (Powai)

What you'll do:

- Engaging with customers effectively, proactively reaching out to potential clients, and diligently following up on leads.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate customer leads.

- Gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and identifying profitable sales opportunities.

- Providing thorough responses to customer inquiries and promptly supplying additional information as needed.

- Staying updated on product and service developments to ensure extensive knowledge.

- Systematically managing and updating a detailed customer database.

- Clearly explaining and showcasing the unique features of our products and services.

- Implementing successful upselling strategies for our products and services.

- Conducting thorough research to qualify new leads.

- Demonstrating a proven ability to close sales and consistently meet sales targets.

What we're looking for:

- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales or Customer Experience role.

- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors is preferred but not required.

- Strong enthusiasm for working in a goal-driven environment.

- Excellent negotiation abilities.

- Superior customer service skills.

- Fluent verbal communication in English is essential proficiency in additional languages, particularly Hindi, is highly beneficial.

- A solid grasp of deadlines with a proactive approach to managing timelines.

- A determined and proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve goals.

- Excellent organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Exceptional memory, as you will be managing numerous conversations where context is crucial.

- This role involves a 6-day workweek, including weekends, as peak activity in Real Estate typically occurs on Saturdays and Sundays.

- Readiness to travel within the Mumbai area.
