Role & responsibilities

• To manage all operation of the laboratory
• Overall growth of Lab and delightful customer Experience
• Ensure hassle free Lab Operations, Control on TAT.
• Reviewing slides & Validation of test reports of the Laboratory
• Supervises day to day administration of the Laboratory
• Ensuring Control on TAT, Consumption, Lab Expenses, OT and Inventory management.
• Motivates, guide and manage the lab staff and promote team work
• Monitoring actual consumption of stocks versus the number of tests performed to keep the cost of operation of the laboratory, under budgeted limits.
• Preparing the lab for various audits of NABL, CAP, ISO9000 and of Clinical Trials.
