Job Description
Role & responsibilities
o To perform rounds as per the instructions from the treating consultants
o To enter the exact details observed during the rounds in the IPD file and inform the consultants for further action
o The residents have to follow strictly the leave guidelines as provided by the institutions
o The residents have to take prior permission for availing leave in the leave card provided by the Hospital.
o In case of any extension of leave the residents have to inform the HOD and take verbal approval.
o The residents have to prepare the admission and discharge notes as per the instruction of the consultants in
o timely manner
