As a Senior Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the sales team within an organization

Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of sales targets and ensure their successful achievement
Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and implement corrective measures when necessary
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients
Understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer relationships
Sales Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
