Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the selection & driving the projects for process improvement & product robustness.
• Responsible for day to day activties including literature search &  material management.
• Responsible for identification & selection of data sources for data collection basis to contribution to use cases or problem statement, data structuring, data cleaning and ensure the completeness, consistency and accuracy of data.
• Responsible for root cause establishment via investigation of OOS/OOT, market complaints using different statistical tools.
• Responsible for trials for root cause establishment, development, re-development/process robustness, performs stability studies and review experimental results.
• To prepare technical documents like MBR, protocols and risk assessment.
• Responsible for executing trial/optimization/EB batches at respective manufacturing sites.
• Prepare and review the justification/reports for regulatory fillings

Educational qualification: Masters/Bachelors/Ph.D in pharma Minimum work experience: 3-7 years of experience in Process development  Skills & attributes: Technical Skills

• Experience in the development/ scale up/ technology transfer of products in relevant dosage forms or technologies.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical process selection
• Ability to prepare technical protocols and reports.
• Experience in process Engineering, Quality by Design (QbD) principles and risk assessment approaches. 
• Knowledge of International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines related to Product development or Process Development.
• Experience in Formulation Development understanding of execution methodology (based on Critical Material Attributes, Critical Quality Attributes of products.
• Experience in Analytical Research and knowledge on interpretation of the data.
