  • You will be responsible for participating in HR planning and budgeting exercises, ensuring manpower optimization, and assessing talent needs for optimal staffing. Collaborating with TAT to align organizational design with business strategy.
  • You will be responsible for regularly assessing capability needs, implementing talent management agendas, conducting talent reviews, and building a robust talent pipeline through career and succession planning.
  • You will be responsible for participating in goal setting, performance discussions, and reviews, coaching managers in the performance management process, and developing programs to enhance organizational performance.
  • You will be responsible for managing Compensation and Benefits Management processes according to business requirements, aligning with corporate guidelines, and implementing annual compensation processes for talent attraction and retention.
  • You will be responsible for engaging with leadership, addressing grievances, fostering transparent communication, and supporting the leadership team in upholding organizational values and desired culture.
  • You will be responsible for periodic HR MIS reports and analysis for customer groups. Conduct HR analytics to identify retention strategies and address underlying challenges.

Qualification

Educational Qualification

MBA/Master degree in Management from a premium Institute (Preferably Human Resources Management)

Minimum Work Experience

5-8 years of experience

Skills & Attributes Technical Skills

  • Experience in Employee Relations and external management, Employee Engagement and Communication, New Hire Induction & Orientation
  • Experience in Business Partnering, Performance Management System.
  • Experience in Retention Strategies, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement.
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits Management.
  • Knowledge on compliance will be an added advantage.
