Provide advanced life support, including mechanical ventilation, invasive monitoring, and cardiac support. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals, including providing updates on patient status and treatment plans.
