Responsibilities and Key Tasks

Type Health Summary.

Type all types of medical certificates.

Take active part in departmental quality initiatives.

To help IT Team for up gradation in HIS.

To organize smooth dispatch of reports before scheduled time.

Improve compilation and distribution of Health Summary and PHP reports.

To observe and respect the privacy and confidentiality of patients, visitors and physicians.

To ensure minimal wastage of items.

Emergency on call during and after working hours.

Maintenance and upkeep of all related documents of the department used in PHP Health Summary.

To ensure minimal wastage of Letterhead and keep all reports in HIS / Microsoft word, of examination.

To attend to emergency / urgent report during and after working hours
