Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Medical Content, Communication & Digital Engagement
specialist to spearhead our content strategy and enhance our communication initiatives. This role requires a creative & innovative individual who possesses excellent writing and communication skills to effectively generate awareness about critical health issues and create compelling content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies for blogs, case studies, e-books, newsletters, service presentations, brochures, web pages, social media, and the company website and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with the graphic design and SEO teams to create cohesive and impactful content.
Conduct research on trending keywords and topics, propose relevant blog ideas, and draft thought leadership articles.
Manage the content calendar for case studies, videos, website copy, blog posts, and thought-leadership articles, ensuring engagement and relevance for social media platforms.
Oversee all content-related aspects of assigned projects, from conception to launch, including writing, revising, and annotating according to source references.
Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices and contributes to SEO-driven articles.
Demonstrate the capability to publish articles in esteemed medical and scientific journals.
Produce high-quality, error-free content in line with the companys style guidelines.
Manage social media content and strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Lead any new projects or websites that require an innovative content & design.
Required Candidate Profile:
Educational Background: MBBS, BDS, MDS, B. Pharma, M. Pharma, PhD in Pharmacology, M.Sc. in Biotechnology, PhD in Biotechnology, M.Sc. in Neurology, B.Sc. in Microbiology, M.Sc. in Microbiology, Dietician, M.Sc. in Psychology, Biology, Public Health, BHMS, BAMS, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, or equivalent qualifications. Candidates without a medical background but with strong communication & writing skills are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical content writing/ social media management.
Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong writing skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Knowledge of social media management across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Familiarity with medical terminology and a basic understanding of common diseases.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Compensation:
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Can be negotiable based on the desired profile.
Eligibility
Demonstrated experience in medical content writing, social media & SEO.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
