Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of data extracted automatically through Maatrum's online portal.
• Coordinate with team members for efficient review of scanned property documents provided by banks.
• Supervise the collation of relevant property records from online sources and scanned documents.
• Guide team members in the manual extraction of data from online records and documents.
• Ensure accurate transliteration of data from Malayalam to English.
• Supervise and verify data entry into Maatrums online portal.
• Ensure compliance with Maatrum and bank policies during all activities.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Hindi.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with data entry and document review processes is a plus.
