Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
• A Masters Degree in Law (LLM) from a reputed public university is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Proven expertise in handling land and real estate property portfolios.
• Experience in sectors such as Banking/NBFC, Real Estate Developers, Law Firms, or the Real Estate industry.

Job Description:

• Draft comprehensive title opinions using the Maatrum platform.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their policy requirements, deliver reports promptly, and address any queries.
• Work in coordination with the Operations and Tech Teams to improve turnaround time (TAT), streamline processes, and enhance software functionality.
• Ensure the quality of reports adheres to both client credit policies and Maatrum's rigorous standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges faced by the in-house team during the preparation of legal opinions, providing effective and innovative solutions to maintain quality and efficiency.
