DPNC Global LLP - Director - Client Relations & Business Development (8-15 yrs)

We, DPNC Global LLP, are a leading Financial Services Consulting Firm and looking for the Head of the Business Development . The selected candidate shall be engaged in client interactions including making presentations/introducing products to clients (Domestic & International) from diverse industries. He / She shall work on enhancing client satisfaction, revenue and must have experience in business development in Top CA Firms.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Developing the Firm's business & brand. Having a good understanding of Business Development, Social Media and SEO activities.

2. Understanding the product offering, preparing proposals and presentations to prospective clients and for obtaining mandates for professional services.

3. Closing Professional mandates by coordinating requirements and developing and negotiating contracts.

4. Represent the Firm at conferences, seminars, suitable events to build relationships and stay informed about industry developments.

5. Ensure prompt and satisfactory responses to client queries & requirements to enhance client satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships.

6. Identify, adapt and adopt relevant technology & tools to continually learn, innovate and enhance KRA delivery.

To qualify for this role, you must have

- Requisite Experience: Min. 8 years of post-qualification experience with substantial part in Clients Relations/Business Development at Top CA firms /Law Firms/ Financial Services.

- Requisite Qualification: Chartered Accountant or MBA or Company Secretary

- Indicative CTC Range: Commensurate with skill set & experience and linked to meritocracy including attractive result oriented incentives. Best of industry standards

Requisite Experience, Skills & Attributes:

We seek a candidate with relevant, in-depth experience in above: Preference shall be given to candidate who possess:

1. Excellent Communication, Presentation skills, especially related to Client Interactions and Business development including with leadership level at Large corporates and UHNIs.

2. Possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with demonstrated abilities in customer relationship management.

3. Excellent networking and business development skills.

4. Knowledge of Financial consulting Industry, should have dealt with large corporates/ UHNIs.

5. High levels of motivation, passion & discipline for dynamic, self- start, result oriented commitments.
