Job Description

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Performance Marketing Lead/Manager to spearhead our digital and performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning our online marketing activities, especially paid, including lead generation for our enterprise sales team, optimizing our digital assets, and owning SEO strategies while working closely with the tech and development teams to enhance the website performance.


- This is a strategic role that blends creative thinking with analytical rigor to fuel the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:

- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Display and SEM.

- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to enhance performance.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.

2. Lead Generation:

- Drive qualified leads through paid and organic marketing channels to support the enterprise sales team.

- Ideating and executing personalized campaigns such as email marketing, WhatsApp Marketing to acquire and engage users.

- Working experience of CRM tools such as Lead Squared / HubSpot / Salesforce etc. to manage leads efficiently.

3. Website Ownership & SEO:

- Own and maintain the company's website - new pages development, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create new pages, maintain the blog, and implement website enhancements.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and key performance indicators using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

- Generate insights and reports to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

- Utilize tools like SEMrush to conduct competitive analysis and enhance SEO efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Minimum 4+ years in performance marketing, with a focus on B2B lead generation, preferably in industries such as Business Solutions, ERPs or SaaS

- Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads

- Prior Experience of Email Campaigns, WhatsApp Marketing and hyper personal marketing techniques

- Strong understanding of SEO strategies and tools such as SEMrush.

- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM tools such as LeadSquared, Hubspot etc

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive, ROI-focused go-getter who thrives in a startup environment and is dedicated to making things happen

Preferred Skills (nice to have not must have):

- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for website optimization.

- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools.

- Experience of running campaigns for international markets
