Job Description
- Co-ordinate export stuffing / Import De-stuffing, Import examination and container IN/OUT Documentation. Achieve targeted CFS productivity and quality standards.
- Liaison with representatives of customers delivering total satisfaction.
- Observe adherence to all safety precautions as per relevant SOPs and RA s.
- Co-ordinate with Documentation In-charge and contractors for achieving team goals.
- To comply with all aspects of MICT s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Supply chain security management systems.
- Attending the docs counter and verifying the documents submitted by the CHA for stuffing/Destuffing/cargo delivery etc
- Record verified documents and updates the information in CFS s software.
- Passing the information to the Field Supervisors related to Carting, Stuffing, de-stuffing, Movement etc.
- Ensuring the job order is generated for each activity it reaches to ops staff/surveyor for smooth operations.
- Updating pre advice for export laden containers to terminals.
- Updating of IGM / IAL to CFS MAG for Laden / empty En-block containers
