Responsibility

Receiving DRF forms from reception sent by various branches.

Verifying that the forms are duly filled in and the numbers of certificates, quantity, security type (Equity, Debentures etc.) are as given in the form.

Verifying DRFs recorded in our excel sheet and accordingly we affix the seal of the day we received the DRFs.

Those certificates which are verified to dematerialize are being defaced by writing surrendered for dematerialization’’.

After being cancelled we punch them into the back office software by capturing all the information filled in the form.

Once the information captured in system we send all the DRFs to the checker for further process.

After being released in NSDL/CDSL System a Dematerialization request number will be generated by the system. This no. will be filled in the Concern DRF forms.

Dispatch all the certificates along with the request form and a covering letter to the Issuer/R&T agent.

Securities are not in order returned to the client.
