10+ years of IT experience
5+ years experience working on Oracle CRM, specifically Service contracts and CRM Foundation in R12 version. Must have a strong understanding of integration with Oracle AR.

Technical skills:

Must have hands-on experience with: PLSQL, SQL, Forms, XML Publisher
Nice to have: SQL tuning, Reports, Workflow, Web ADI, OA Framework
Good understanding of data model in Oracle EBS CRM modules 
Strong logical, analytical, and reasoning skills.
